Board Meeting-Agenda

July 11, 2006

CALL TO ORDER
Approval of the June Board Minutes: Motion to accept June minutes by Lance Burton. Motion to second made by Chuck Haber.

· Those in attendance at the November board meeting were:

Chris Launer, Ed Muntz, Lynn Lackey, Jim Shaw, Glen Spielbush, Chuck Haber, Larry Weigum, Lance Burton, and Jim Spawn

STANDING REPORTS

Publications Director : Lynn Lackey said everything going good.

2. Membership Director: Lance Burton reported that we have 124 members.

3.Activities Director: Glen Spielbush reported that we had a good turn out at the OKC regional, very successful, all the tours were well attended. Picnic coming weekend sponsored by Ed and Brenda Muntz. Hyde Park festival would like some of our cars September 30 and October 1.

4. Treasurer: Chuck passed out the expense and income statements, and passed out report of income and expenses on the Model A , appreciation day.

5. Plain Old A’s: Nothing to report

OLD BUSINESS: Chuck brought up that we needed to do something with the First Star Smart Business Acct. Chuck made a motion to put it in a 9 month CD at 5%, the motion was seconded by Lance Burton, motion carried.

Jim Spawn reported that this was the best fund raiser in the last couple of years. And the manager of Union Station offered the idea of selling our Union Station photo in the Gift Shop, which could turn into a monthly income for the club. Andy from the Union Station would like us to sponsor and facilitate a Road Rally next year. Since Union Station is an affiliate of the Smithsonian, that may also bring up other possibilities for the club.
