Board Meeting
May 1, 2007

CALL TO ORDER

Approval of the April 2007 Board Minutes: Motion to accept by Chuck Haber a second was made by Lance Burton. Motion carried.

· Those in attendance at the November board meeting were: Ed Muntz , Chris Launer, Lynn Lackey, Jim Shaw, Lance Burton, and Chuck Haber.

STANDING REPORTS

Publications Director: Lynn Lackey reported that flyers were ready for George Deel.

2. Membership Director: Lance Burton reported that membership in the club was at 104 members.

3.Activities Director: No report.

4. Treasurer: Chuck Haber passed out the financial reports.

5. Plain Old A’s: No report.

6. Other Reports Not Listed:

OLD BUSINESS

1. Dean Weller had expressed a desire to bring his Mercer to the Vail Mansion show, a motion was made by Ed Muntz to let George Deel make that decision and a second was made by Lance Burton. The motion carried.

2. Check was sent in for the Christmas party in December.

3. 2008 update: Bob Hess was not present to make a updated report.

4. History Book: Chris Launer mentioned putting the club history on a CD, and will ask a couple of people to take over as historian.

5. Vail Mansion car show: Lance Burton talked to the city of Independence and a health permit will be needed for the concessions sold, and George Deel will pick it up.
