HEART OF AMERICA MODEL A FORD CLUB
November 6, 2007

CALL TO ORDER

Approval of the October 2007, Board Minutes: Motion to accept by Lance Burton and a second was made by Lynn Lackey. Motion passed

· Those in attendance at the November board meeting were: Ed Muntz, Jim Shaw, Lynn Lackey, Lance Burton.

STANDING REPORTS

Publications Director: Lynn Lackey brought the appreciation certificates for the members that have volunteered. Lynn also had the Christmas program and agenda Invitations. Lynn made a motion to purchase a program for the new publications directors computer of approximately $200, a second by Jim Shaw was made and the motion carried

2. Membership Director: Lance reported that we had 13 member renewals turned in and we have gained one new member

3.Activities Director: No report.

4. Treasurer: Chuck emailed a copy of the financial report to board members due to his being absent for the meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Charitable donation for the year: The salvation Army was chosen to receive $500 from the club for the year. motion was made by Ed Muntz and a second was made by Jim Shaw, the motion carried.
