December 2007 Board Minutes
The December board meeting was held at the Mimi's Cafe, to
honor the outgoing board members and welcome the new board
members. The outgoing President Chris Launer was replaced
with Lance Burton, the Vice President Jim Shaw was replaced
by Michael Clayton, and the Publications Director was replaced
by Chuck Lewis. Our new Membership director position was filled
by Jim Shaw. Glen Spielbusch stayed as Activities Director
, Chuck Haber continued as the Club Treasurer, and Ed Muntz
remained as the Secretary. After the dinner those that were
on the Regional committee met with Bob Hess. A motion to accept
the November minutes was made by Chuck Haber, a second was
made by Lance Burton, the motion passed.
