May 3-5, Truman Heritage Festival, Grandview's Centennial Celebration. The parade will be Saturday the 5th, Staging begins at 8:30 AM, Parade starts at 10:00 AM. Anyone not going to the Lawrence Swap Meet might want to join in on this celebration. Award Categories/Amounts: Best in show ($250), President's Choice ($250), Best theme representation by a business (1st $250, 2nd $150, 3rd $75), Best theme representation by a non-business (1st $250, 2nd $150, 3rd $75) More info and parade form: http://www.grandview.org/index.aspx?recordid=2019&page=17 The Club will be registering for the parade at 10:00. May 12, Hubley Test Run at Lance Burton's Barn - 1:00 PM. Getting ready for the Hubley Event at Regionals in Iowa.

May 21, Heart of America Model A Ford Club monthly meeting at the Faith Presbyterian Church, 8301 James A Reed Rd, Kansas City, MO at 7:00pm. The Club will supply drinks, plates, and utensils. Members bring all the food. Bring what you like. Enjoy food and talk about Model A Fords, and simply have a good time. Program: TBD.

May 26, Atchison Antique Airplane Fly-In which is held Memorial Day weekend each year. The Henry Leavenworth Antique Auto Club (HLAAC) has invited us to join them.The parking lot HLAAC meets at is just one block North of the US Post Office. HLAAC will leave as a group from the parking lot at 4th and Miami Streets at 9:00 a.m. and will furnish coffee and donuts / rolls to be served after reaching the airport. If anyone wants to come up through Leavenworth and meet the HLAAC that is fine, or they may go up as their own group. If the weather is nice there may be 100 airplanes, but if it is rainy or cloudy they sometime have more cars than airplanes!! Questions call Sue Ryan 913.682.3358 or email suewhoks@hotmail.com

June 9, Armour Oaks Senior Living. at 81st and Wornall. They are having an event in conjunction with the Kansas City Baseball Historical Society, and featuring The Kansas City Athletics baseball team. We are invited to bring our Model A's and join in the fun. 12:00am to 2:00pm.

June 24, The Sixth Annual Art of the Car Concours® will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 24, on the KCAI campus. The event will feature about 200 vintage, classic and special-interest vehicles, including cars, trucks, racing cars and motorcycles belonging to collectors from eight states. This event, a benefit for the KCAI scholarship fund, is growing in popularity and stature among vintage and classic collectors. The Concours is unique for its size and scale in having no formal judging and no classes of vehicles. The intention is to provide a wide range of very high-quality, original, vintage vehicles in an eclectic, informal setting, without the pressure of traditional Concours events. www.artofthecarConcours.com

June 30, Kingswood Senior Living Center - 30th Anniversary. Would like 12 cars to be at their facility from 10:00 to 2:00.  They will pay the club $200.00. Contact Jenny Franke.

July 28, Club Picnic at Faulkners Ranch, 10600 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO (I-470 and Raytown Rd). 12:00—3:00, lunch at Noon $15/person (kids 6 years old and under $5). August 17 - 19, 45th Annual Swap Meet and Car Corral (Springfield, MO), "The Biggest in Missouri" with 1600 Vendor Spaces. Oct 5-6, FALL TOUR; Bonnie and Clyde Days, Reeds Spring, Mo. Road Rally starting in
Springfield at 10:00 and tracing the rout Bonnie and Clyde took through Stone County. the
Rally will end in Reeds Spring for the opening ceremony for the Bonnie and Clyde Days. We
would leave on Thursday and stay in Springfield for the beginning of the Road Rally.We will
come home on the Sunday.

October 10-13 - Hershey Region AACA Swap Meet
