A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

The passing of Rosalie Burton and Bill Krause saddens our hearts. We miss their

friendship and fellowship, and pray for their families in their time of sorrow.

I was not able to attend the recent seminar given by Jim Huseby on the topic of

frame straightening. I understand Grandpa’s Garage was packed and the seminar

was excellent. Thank you, Jim. Also, special thanks to Milton Hessefort for an ex-

cellent workshop on wood graining.

We are certainly blessed by having Glen Spielbusch as our activities director. Glen

does a wonderful job of providing our club with wonderful opportunities for get-

ting our cars out on the road. The first event this year will be the Saint Patrick’s

Parade. We will meet on Saturday, March 11

at 1:00PM. The meeting place is at

and Brookside. This will be a great opportunity to begin our tour year.

Please don’t forget our March meeting will be held at the North Kansas City Com-

munity Center. Directions were given out at the February meeting. Directions are

also posted on our Website. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the option of

moving our monthly meeting to this facility. We will vote on this issue the night of

the meeting. The voting will be by closed ballot. Absentee votes will not be al-

lowed.

I’ll be looking forward to seeing you at the parade and the next membership meet-

ing.
