THANKS!!

Every journey has a beginning and end. My journey as President of the Heart of America Model A Ford Club

is now at an end. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to serve. I’d like to thank the Board members, both

past and present, for their support and service. In addition, I’d like to thank the membership. You are indeed,

very special people. As a final thought, I solicit your support for the new Board members and our new Presi-

dent, Lance Burton. These folks will be installed at our Christmas party. Hope to see you there.

This month I have been doing your “News ‘A’ Letter” for four years. It has been a learning experience and a

pleasure. When I started I had never used a digital camera and I had not worked with any computer publishing

program. Thank you for furnishing articles, pictures, recipes and information about events and other Model A

activities. Thank you for putting up with my errors while I was learning. I am proud that we received an award

every year from MARC and we only missed one year from MAFCA.

I am sure you will assist our 2008/2009 Publications Manager, Chuck Lewis, as you have me. I know you will

continue to have an award winning News ‘A’ Letter.
