About Us

In 1962 a small group of Kansas City area Model A ford enthusiasts gathered together to form a local Club.  The name they adopted was "Heart of America Model A Ford Club".  The club is now organized as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Missouri.  The Club is governed by a board operating under a system of by-laws developed by the membership and updated on a periodic basis

Membership in the Heart of America Model A Ford Club is open to all who love and enjoy the Model A.  Ownership of a Model A is not considered important nor is it required.  Our membership number has varied over the years and currently exceeds 130 families.

Club meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, except December, at 7:00 pm at:

Faith Presbyterian Church
83rd and James A Reed Road
Kansas City, MO 64138

Board Meetings, open to all members, are held on the first Tuesday of each month except December. An informal dinner beginning at 5:00 is followed by the board meeting held at:

Belger Cartage Board Room
2100 Walnut St.
Kansas City, MO 64108

If you wish to attend the dinner please contact one of the board members for the location. Dinners are at the members/board members expense at a restaurant in the downtown area. Board meetings begin at Belger Cartage immediately following. Board meeting start time obviously depends on the restaurant picked and speed of service received.

Correspondence can be sent to:
